Who is Roni?

My name is Roni Carson—a wife, a mom, an entrepreneur, and the founder of Roni Carson Ltd. Co. By day, I work in the tech industry as a product owner, leading projects, solving problems, and keeping things moving. It’s a career that’s analytical and fast-paced, but it balances a creative side of me that has always loved building things that actually mean something—whether that’s a business, a story, or a product people enjoy using every day.

If you know me personally, you know I come with a little personality. I can be sassy, a little bratty, and my husband definitely deals with his fair share of it—but it’s all love. I’m also a bit of a bulldog when it comes to the things I care about. When I believe in something, I hold onto it and work until it becomes real.

Thankfully, my husband has a way of putting me right into my princess era when I need it most. He’s the kind of man who sets up my coffee pot the night before so it’s ready when I wake up, and those small acts of love mean more to me than anything fancy ever could.

At the center of my life are the things that matter most—faith, family, and real life. Sundays at church are my favorite place to be, and my faith and church community shape so much of who I am and how I approach life. I’m the kind of person who plays gospel music while cooking because I swear it blesses the food. I love a good hot bath, candles that smell amazing, a fresh cup of coffee, and a new bag—whether it’s a purse or a church bag, I’m probably going to love it.

I’ve lived enough life to know that growth, grace, and a little humor go a long way. I’m not trying to be perfect—I’m just trying to live well, love my people, and build something meaningful along the way. Whether I’m creating products, writing stories, or growing my business, I approach everything with authenticity, a little bit of sass, and a genuine desire to leave things better than I found them.
